Nicole & Brian Get Married!

One of the sweetest couples ever were married today... Nicole and Brian have tied the knot! Ceremony and reception took place at the McNamara Alumni Hall in Minneapolis. It was such a suiting location for this bride and groom. The structure of the McNamara building is so thought out and has lovely attention to detail; which matched the style of this bride for sure! Nicole had a really hands-on approach to all of her wedding details and a lot of it was do-it-yourself. And it was done right! 

Once Nicole was in her gorgeous gown from David's Bridal we headed outside to see her groom. Brian couldn't help himself when he saw his bride; a tear or two may have been shed. So sweet. We jumped right into formals (thank you nice weather!) with the wedding party and family. Of course there was a soccer game today at TCF Stadium so the bride and groom patiently waited as guests were literally inching in traffic to get to the parking ramp. But everyone arrived and the ceremony went off without a hitch. Guests were treated to truly amazing music by harpist Stephanie Claussen before and during the ceremony. What a stunning instrument! 

Nicole did such an amazing job on the reception room. So many great details including a darling handmade (by the bride!) cake topper, flip-flops to wear for dancing and even a kid's basket full of fun entertainment. String lights were draped from side to side along the length of the room by Avant Decor. It was such a nice finishing touch to the space. Dinner was presented in a delicious buffet from D'Amico & Son's catering. And I do mean delicious! Nicole and Brian then took to the dance floor for the first dance and then the party began!
